Daniel Sailofsky is a sociologist with an interest in violence, gender, social harm, and the political economy of sport. His interdisciplinary academic background includes formal training in law, sport management, and sociology. He is the author of Playing Through Pain: The Violent Consequences of Capitalist Sport, published with University of North Carolina Press

Daniel is based in Toronto, Canada.
